Rental Rates

We welcome maximum , 5 adults

Full comfort : 4 adults

RESERVATION & PREPAYMENT

• any reservation , availability or rate , must be checked , agreed and confirmed with us by email in the section Contact Us.
• for a valid and confirmed reservation , the Guest will be charged a prepayment of one night accommodation which must be payed within 48 hours from the date of reservation. If you don't manage to pay the prepayment , the reservation will be cancelled.
• the rest of the total amount will be payed anytime until 14 days before arrival by bank transfer 
• if a reservation combines 2 different weekly rates the cost of your total stay will be calculate based on the daily rate.
• the rates does not include a security deposit of 300 euros cash which must be paid at the time of arrival.

BOOKING AND CANCELATION POLICY

• If the Guest does not pay the remaining balance at least 14 days before arrival, the reservation will be canceled, and the prepayment will not be refunded.

• If the Guest does not arrive on the scheduled reservation date, the total prepayment will be charged

• REIMBURSEMENT

• Any damage will be deducted from the security deposit. In case there are no damages the security deposit  will be returned at the end of the stay, either in cash or via bank transfer.
• In the event of specific measures or restrictions, such as a state of emergency, state of alert, travel ban, armed conflict, the Host’s medical condition, or any other situation that prevents the Host from accommodating the Guest, the Host reserves the right to cancel the reservation unilaterally with no further obligations, except for a full refund. In this case, the Host will notify the Guest by email at least 30 days in advance and will refund any prepayments in full within 7 days.

 WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE WEEKLY RATE :

• You will be welcomed by the owner of the villa in person. The Host will give you an explicit and detailed tour of the house.
• Anytime help or advise from the Host
• A midweek house cleaning and changing of bed linen & towels
• At your arrival you will find a Welcome Starter Pack which includes : bottled water , paper towels, toilet paper , trash bags , basic cleaning products , shower gel & shampoo, coffee capsules , local tea , local extra virgin olive oil , salt & sugar.
• a good assortment of local wine.

• "First Fridge Service" (free of charge service). Before the day of your arrival you can send an email with your 1 day grocery list ( grocery only) and you will find everything placed in the fridge. The receipt from the supermarket will be presented and you will return the amount in cash. 

• " Late Arrival Snack" - is a FREE snack plateau available only for Guests who travel late and arrive at the villa after 10 pm. 

IMPORTANT NOTICE :

The villa comfortably accommodates 4 adults, with a maximum capacity of 5 adults.

Please note that upon arrival or any time during your stay, no more than 5 adults can be accommodated, and no additional guests are allowed to stay overnight during your stay.
In the event of non-compliance, the host reserves the right to refuse accommodation at the time of arrival or during you stay with no refund.
