QUIET TIME

This is a quiet rental, not suitable for parties.  

Low level of noise is also expected in the afternoon between 2 p.m. and 5 p.m.

SWIMMING POOL - No lifeguard is provided.

The pool is treated with chlorine. Do not use the pool if you are allergic to chlorine.

The depth of the pool varies from 0.90 m on the extreme left of the pool to 1.20 m in the middle and 1.50 m on extreme right of the pool.

Usage of the pool is at each individual risk. Host is not responsible for any accidents , injuries or other incidents resulting from the misuse of the pool , including but not limited to swimming against medical advice , spending time in the sun when and if not recommended , swimming under the influence of alcohol regardless of the amount , under the influence of illegal substances of any kind or dosage , running , jumping , or any other activity or gesture that may render the pool area inside and outside unsafe.

SAFE & SECURITY

For safety reason the property is equipped with a video surveillance camera oriented to the main entrance of the property.

It is not allowed to bring at the property any weapon, flammable, explosive or forbidden substances, or anything which are against the local or international law.

SMOKING This property is an inside and outside non-smoking property.

ACOMMODATION : 4 adults in full comfort , but we welcome maximum : 5 adults

IMPORTANT NOTICE : The villa comfortably accommodates 4 adults, with a maximum capacity of 5 adults. Please note that upon arrival or any time during your stay, no more than 5 adults can be accommodated, and no additional guests are allowed to stay overnight during your stay.
In the event of non-compliance, the host reserves the right to refuse accommodation at the time of arrival or during your stay with no refund.
